Arlene Fabro"Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle was something I've always tried to achieve. Ive yoyo'd in weight, lost and gained, tried the teas, the diets, hit the gym and train w/ my husband and yes have achieved some results. However, training and having a nutritional plan with Brandon these past 3 months, even within weeks, I have seen such a transformation in myself. He made a plan just for me based on what foods I already eat and what I liked. It was simple and easy to follow. I never felt overly restricted or felt I was on a diet. Aurore Ingenere"I had asked Brandon for help because I needed to loose some weight and I was just tired of repeating same exercise routine over and over. My goal was weight loss and to build some upper body strength, I have always been scared and hated working out my upper body but Brandon helped me challenge myself in a way that it just came second to train my upper body for strength. Even though I was more of a beginner than any other clients that Brandon usually trains, he was able to design a system that worked for me without overwhelming my body. Mike Marasigan"Working with Brandon had been a blessing along with his method to his madness. He really takes the time to get to know what you like to eat , how you like to train and basically your lifestyle. This program has helped me with macro counting and has established a better relationship with me and food. I learned that overall consistency is what will push you over in your goals and he holds you accountable and to a high standard which I believe is the best part of the fitness journey. I reached out to him got a overview of how it all works from the weekly check ins to on the fly adjustments that didn't seem like much but was overal essential to the training, nutrition and meal plan. I found he uses everything he can to make sure technique, calories in vs calories out, and workout logs. These tools for me were easy to use and very easy to keep track of with the log book. I learned so much of counting macros, technique for compound lifts and how my body responds to certain foods. Brandon has done a great job in the 12 week program and I will use these tools and knowledge for the foreseeable future thanks to his help. One time I was at the gym we saw each other and he gave me a little bit of a one on one coaching session which was awesome. He didn't need to take that extra time out of his day to show me as he had done so in lifting videos he sent with my breakdown. Henry Tat"I’ve always been an active person playing hockey and trying to keep up with my cardio. I realized that being over the age of 30 meant that I needed to put more into my workout routine to achieve results. Having always gotten by being a mediocre self-competent athlete, I speak highest of Brandon's ability to assess the knowledge I did and didn't have in order to show me what I personally needed to learn: building my trust in him as a coach. Allowing me to see and refine those blemishes and having it stick to me through subtle but effective guidance. I consider myself to be someone without routine, and I don't see that changing. I'd say the most important thing that I took from Brandon's coaching was the ease of balancing these habits into my personal lifestyle - habits I used to be pretty intimidated to tackle. Thea Olalia"He probably regrets giving out 4 months of coaching for free since i dont sleep or hit my protein, but i dont have the slightest regret taking a chance with such a young coach (literally younger than me and im a 👶🏻). Brandon invests the effort and worry into my training when i dont care to, making sure all that's left for me to do is lift the damn weights. Don't let the apparent lack of experience fool you. It's easy to see with his tonnage progression charts, cycled macros, and every other meticulous detail of my programming, that he knows the damn theory. Jordan Cox
Jordan came to us with the goal to increase his strength on the compound lifts while getting lean again. It wasn't easy as we had to deal with injuries and limitations that Jordan faced. Nonetheless we worked our way around these problems and still got Jordan lean while getting his strength up. With the basic usage of tracking macros while eating "unhealthy" foods every now and then, we dropped 8lbs of fat in 8 weeks while maintaining muscle mass.

Kenan ElegadoNothing beats hard work and dedication. Kenan came to us with the goal to become lean and strong to improve his overall quality of life.
